Mr Emmanuel Spano
Lawyer registered with the Strasbourg Barsince 2012, Maître Emmanuel SPANO founded our firm and has practiced there for years in criminal matters and business law.
With multiple experiences in European institutions and international firms, he now supports his French or International clients in the context of litigation proceedings or for consulting services.
Mr SPANO is also very keen on university teaching to which he devotes part of his time. He thus still intervenes regularly as a temporary teacher at the University of Strasbourg (UNISTRA) or at the Grand-Est Regional School of Lawyers (ERAGE).
The firm's activities require him to travel throughout France, and particularly in the Grand-Est region, before the courts of Paris, Strasbourg, Colmar, Mulhouse, Metz and Nancy in particular.

Mr Raphael Meyer
Lawyer registered with the Strasbourg Bar since 2023, Maître Raphaël MEYER intervenes in litigation, and mainly in criminal law.
Holder and laureate of a Master II in criminology obtained at the Faculty of Law of Strasbourg, supplemented by training within the Public Prosecutor's Office of the Judicial Court of Colmar, Maître Raphaël MEYER has developed a skill and an appetite for criminal law.
Engaged and rigorous, he will assist you at all stages of the procedure, whether you are the perpetrator or the victim of an offence.
Maître Raphaël MEYER is also competent in the law of compensation for bodily injury, in civil, contractual or tort liability, as well as in matters of child protection.
Franco-German by birth, he will assist you in French, German or English.
